I checked the wires all tight an right and still error 7.<br \/>\nA:Don&#8217;t care error 07.After work for 2 seconds.It will be off.<br \/>\nQ:Does not go off<br \/>\nA:If always error 7.Please check white plug&#8217;s red,black,green,blue,yellow wires.<br \/>\nQ:Have checked all wires an are tight and correct still error 7. So has to be bad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leafbike.com\/\">bike motor<\/a>.So what happens now refund or send me a hub motor that works.<br \/>\nA:Impossible to have issue for hub motor.<br \/>\nQ:I will try what you say with white wire an yes possible motor not work because this one doesn&#8217;t work I will get back to you on this if works fine if not we have a refund coming to me for bike motor at least.<br \/>\nA:Disconnect this big white plug. Motor still can work, but with error 07.<br \/>\nSo should check this white plug &#8216;s each wire, each pin.<br \/>\nAfter each pin is good, each wire is good. Plug this big white connector to controller, then error 07 will off.<br \/>\nQ:Got error 7 off an right direction in pas 2 but switch to pas 3 an now don&#8217;t work at all no error 7 or anything just don&#8217;t throttle in any pas.<br \/>\nA:It doesn&#8217;t matter with PAS.<br \/>\nCould you take a video for this issue? Thanks.<br \/>\nQ:Hub motor made a electric sound but didn&#8217;t move  an I&#8217;m not a video tech.<br \/>\nDisc is on left it&#8217;s not installed an bike is upside down an motor run right direction then wired all back an tried throttle a motor worked shut off an turned back on no errors on screen but now no throttle.<br \/>\nA:P09 must be &#8220;0&#8221;  (Be 0, motor stops, turn throttle, motor works)<br \/>\nIf be 1, throttle not work. Must push wheel, after wheel turn, turn throttle, motor works.<br \/>\nP10 must be 2. \uff08If be 0, throttle Not work.)<br \/>\nPress &#8220;up&#8221; and &#8220;down&#8221; togehter.
