Q:<\/strong>Help me! my ebike don’t work. Then I turn on the key on the battery the 3 lights on the thumb throttle starts to light. then I press the thumb throttle the motor shake with some noise 1 second and doesn’t work. <\/p>\n

Answer 1:<\/strong>Check wires.Most of problems come from wrong connecting.<\/p>\n

Answer 2:<\/strong>Exchange motor wire connecting.Please connect as below picture,thanks.<\/p>\n

Answer 3:<\/strong>Don’t worry.My 700c 48v1000w electric bike kit<\/a> also had this problem.Please exchange yellow and green wires.

Thin Yellow —– Thin Green

\nThin Black —– Thin Black<\/p>\n

Answer 4:<\/strong>My 36V 250W 26″ kit also exchanged these two wires.<\/p>\n

Answer 5:<\/strong>No exchange thin red and thin black wires,just exchange three thick yellow,blue,green and three thin yellow,blue,green wires. Exchange 12 times,must find one kind of right phase and system can work normal.<\/p>\n

Answer 6:<\/strong>Had better to connect wires as instruction,sometime connect wrong wire will break controller.Even if done wire connecting,still need to re-check connecting.At last put on battery.<\/p>\n

Answer 7:<\/strong>Don’t worry,your hub motor<\/a> can shake that means motor and controller are both okay,please exchange wires according as the instruction of drawing that will solve it.<\/p>\n
