Basically I want my scooter to use gasoline or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leafmotor.com\/c\/e-bike-hub-motor_0030\" title=\"electric hub motor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>electric hub motor<\/strong><\/a>. My question is, if I install the electric hub motor on my scooter.<\/p>\n<p>What will happen to the electric hub motor (motor is off) if I run my gasoline motor top speed of 120kph? Will the electric hub motor (even turned off ) be damaged because of higher wheel rpm on gasoline running top speed?<\/p>\n<p>A: If max speed is less than 800RPM that is no problem for our hub motor.<br \/>\nWhat size of your wheel?<br \/>\nToo high speed will break the bearing.<\/p>\n<p>Q: If I change the bearing to high speed bearings. Will the coils magnet inside will break? 17 inch rim.<\/p>\n<p>A: Magnet and coils is no problem if you cut off electric so that No current between controller and motor when you use gasoline.<br \/>\nIf No current, Not too hot. Magnet and coils is okay when 120kmh.<br \/>\n17 inch rim. The diameter of this electric hub motor tire is about 51cm. It\u2019s brushless gearless motor and has enough power to climb on ebike. We found yours is motorcycle, it\u2019s too heavy. If possible, please choose our 17 inch electric motorcycle motor. It\u2019s very fit for your motorcycle.
