Q:My name is James and a while ago I purchased a hub motor<\/strong><\/a> in your casted 16 inch wheel. I had problems with it due to a broken wire and we worked out a replacement for it.
\nSince then I have put in over 1200 miles (over 1900 kilometers) with no problems! It is a very good electric bike motor<\/strong><\/a>, controller and controls and I am very pleased with it.
\nI am putting together a product that uses the same 16 inch rear wheel and may order up to 5 units at a time.
\nHere are my questions:
\n1. Can you provide a quick disconnect from the hub motor wire to be able to change a flat easier? If so how much extra would that be? Or can you provide us with the connectors so we could do it?
\n2. What is the RPM difference between the 750 watt 36 volt model compared to the 1000 watt 48 volt model?
\n3. Is shipping cheaper if 5 motors are ordered versus 1 hub motor ordered?

\n* If just make a cable with this white big male & female plugs.Don’t need extra cost.Also,we can customize cable as your order.
\n* If quick disconnect like as : circular male & female plugs with 8 pin.(All of motor’s 8 wires are connect to this 8 ping)
\n* Our 36V 750W and 48V 1000W are the same hub motor, just work at different voltage.
\n* Yes,if order 5 pcs,the shipping cost will cheaper.(The shipping cost also depends on the parcel’size)
\nFor example:If order 5 sets of 16 inch,the shipping cost is cheaper than 5 sets 26 inch…<\/p>\n

Q:On your 48 volt 12 Mosfet electric controller is there a way that I can reprogram it to change the pedal assist parameters and regen parameters?
\n1. I am making a product that is called the Wattwagon and find I get more control using pedal assist versus using the throttle. I mostly use PA level 2 and then 1 and 3 and occasionally 4. Pedal assist 5 for my application is too strong. I would like to have a setting in between 1 and 2 for climbing steep hills without wheel spin.
\n2. When I hooked up regen it was too strong and would slow me down too quickly. I would like to program for a regen that is about half that amount.
