questions about hub motor bike conversion kit

I have a 20 inch fat snow bike with a 150mm rear dropout and a 20×3.2-inch rear tire (approximately 81mm wide).

I want to purchase your 20-inch 48V/52V 1500W rear hub motor bike conversion kit, but I need to make sure the complete bike motor wheel and all components will work with my bike before I order.

Please confirm the following:

WHEEL / RIM:

Can you custom-lace the 1500W rear hub into a 20-inch fat-bike rim suitable for my 20×3.2-inch tire?
What exact rim width and INTERNAL rim width would you recommend for my 20×3.2 tire?
Can you build the wheel with 12-gauge spokes?
What spoke length would you use for the custom rim/hub combination?
What will the finished wheel’s total width be?

HUB / AXLE:
6. Can the hub be configured for my EXACT 150mm rear dropout spacing?
7. You previously told me washers/spacers could be used to make the hub fit. Are the required washers/spacers included with the bike conversion kit?
8. If they are included, what are their exact thicknesses and dimensions?
9. If they are not included, what exact washers/spacers do I need to purchase?
10. Where do the washers/spacers go relative to the dropouts and hub?
11. What is the hub axle diameter?
12. What are the axle-flat dimensions?
13. Will the axle and washers/spacers work with two torque arms, one on each side?

BRAKES:
14. Does the hub motor have a standard 6-bolt International Standard disc-brake mount?
15. What is the exact rotor mounting position/offset?
16. Will the hub motor work with a 203mm rear disc rotor?
17. Will the rotor line up correctly with the rear brake caliper?
18. Will I need a special rotor spacer or brake-caliper adapter?

DRIVETRAIN:
19. Does the hub motor use a freewheel or cassette?
20. What freewheel/cassette spacing does it have?
21. Can I use my existing rear gears/drive train with this hub?
22. Will I need any drive train spacers or adapters?

HUB MOTOR / CONTROLLER:
23. Is the 1500W hub motor compatible with 52V?
24. Is the included bike motor controller compatible with 52V?
25. The bike motor controller is rated at 40A maximum current. Is that the actual battery current limit?
26. Does the kit include all of the hub motor-to-controller wiring?
27. Does the kit include all connectors needed to connect the bike motor, controller, LCD, throttle, PAS, and brake cutoff?

BRAKES / BRAKE CUTOFF:
28. I use hydraulic brakes. The bike conversion kit appears to include mechanical brake levers. Can I keep my existing hydraulic brakes?
29. If I keep my hydraulic brakes, what brake cut off sensor should I use with your controller?
30. Do you sell or provide a compatible hydraulic brake cut off sensor?

BATTERY:
31. I plan to use a 52V lithium battery with this controller. Is that correct?
32. What minimum continuous BMS current rating do you recommend for your 40A controller?
33. Is a battery with a 50A continuous BMS sufficient?
34. The lithium battery I am considering uses an XT60 discharge connector. What connector does your controller use for the battery input?
35. If the connectors are different, what exact adapter or connector should I use?
36. What wire gauge do you recommend for the battery-to-controller connection?

FINAL FITMENT:
37. Can you confirm that the finished wheel will fit a fat snow bike with 150mm rear dropout spacing without spreading, bending, or modifying the frame?
38. Can you confirm that the finished wheel will safely fit a 20×3.2 tire?
39. Can you provide the COMPLETE specifications of the custom wheel before I order, including hub spacing, axle diameter, axle flats, rim width/internal width, spoke length, rotor offset, and total hub width?

I am also planning to use two torque arms, one on each side of the rear axle.

Please let me know exactly what I need to select when ordering and whether you can build the complete wheel to these specifications.
